Since 2017 we were pioneers in creating a unique gourmet experience in Ibiza, inviting renowned chefs such as Andreu Genestra, Pablo González, Henrique Sá Pessoa, José Avillez, Mario Sandoval and Roberto Ruiz to create tasting menus together with our chef Óscar Molina (all of them awarded with 1 and 2 MICHELIN stars).
After celebrating the first night of MICHELIN Stars, 4 Manos, on 7 May with chef María José Martínez, from the acclaimed Lienzo Restaurant in Valencia, as guest chef, on 27 August Santi Taura will join our executive chef Óscar Molina in the kitchens of La Gaia.
Santi Taura (awarded with a MICHELIN Star and two Repsol Suns), renowned for his signature cuisine at Dins restaurant in Palma de Mallorca, focuses on highlighting the flavours and local products of the Balearic Islands.

Recently recognized with its first MICHELIN star. Óscar Molina, considered one of the best chefs in Spain with two Suns, won the prestigious VI National Gastronomy Award (FACYRE) in 2004 and the Ibiza – Formentera Gastronomic Award for Best Chef of the year 2018.
