With chef Óscar Molina at the helm of the kitchen. La Gaia presents a sophisticated culinary proposal that focuses on the local product of the island.
Recently awarded with his first MICHELIN star. Óscar Molina is considered one of the best chefs in Spain with two Suns by the Repsol Guide. He has also won the prestigious VI National Gastronomy Awards (FACYRE) in 2004 and the Ibiza – Formentera Gastronomic Award for Best Chef of 2018.
Since 2017 we have pioneered the creation of a unique gourmet experience in Ibiza, inviting renowned chefs such as Henrique Sá Pessoa, José Avillez, Mario Sandoval and Roberto Ruiz to create tasting menus alongside our chef Óscar Molina (all awarded with 1 & 2 MICHELIN Stars).
This summer we are continuing this story and welcoming two MICHELIN STAR chefs,
FIRST NIGHT 4 Manos, April 13th
Andreu Genestra (MICHELIN Star and MICHELIN Green Star) along with our chef propose a sophisticated and creative tasting menu, with a wine pairing selected specifically from the Balearic islands of Ibiza and Mallorca. A unique local gastronomic event to welcome the New Season.
