Óscar Molina
Since 2008, chef Óscar Molina has led the gastronomic experience at Ibiza Gran Hotel, from the Grand Breakfast at Costa Mara to Mirai Restaurant, Musa in the hotel’s lobby, and his most personal project, La Gaia. As the hotel’s flagship Michelin-starred restaurant, La Gaia showcases a menu of unique, authentic flavors and striking contrasts, where local ingredients and Mediterranean products play a fundamental role.
