Óscar Molina

Since 2008, Óscar Molina has been the chef in charge of the entire culinary proposal of Ibiza Gran hotel, which includes the Pool Bar Restaurant, the Costa Mara restaurant and what is his most personal project, La Gaia.

In La Gaia, the flagship restaurant of Ibiza Gran Hotel, Óscar Molina has found the perfect place to develop his potential and express all his personal, familial and professional experiences.

Under his own vision of fusion cooking, which he understands as a
form of smart cuisine that combines the best of each type of cuisine
in a consistent manner. Molina proposes a menu of unique,
authentic flavours and many contrasts, in which the raw materials
and local Mediterranean products play an essential role.

Awarded two Suns by the Repsol Guide and considered one of the
best chefs in Spain, Óscar Molina won the prestigious VI National
Gastronomy Awards (FACYRE) in 2004 and the Ibiza – Formentera
Gastronomic Award for Best Chef of 2018.

  • Rope dividers and signage are placed to maintain safe entrance, control the number of clients entering and within the waiting areas at any given time.
  • Tables are fully sanitised before each service.
  • Our hostess will arrange the seating with a maximum of 75% limited capacity.
  • The floorplan is adjusted to be compliant with the safe distancing of 1.5 metres.
  • Clients are required to wear a mask while they are not eating or drinking.
  • Digital menus via QR codes and single-use menus will be available.
